Resident Reviews
|Recommended: YesPassing off responsibilities — I contacted the property managers about a problem with a new resident, so instead of just mentioning something to them discreetly, they’d rather put me in a confrontational situation than handle it themselves.
|Recommended: YesJust moved in this past week — I haven’t had a chance to truly experience the apartment, but am sure it will be fine for the cost. The flooring is in bad shape though and some of the cabinetry is needing replaced.
|Recommended: YesDelivering excellent customer service — The most incredible leasing staff I’ve ever worked with. Passionate, kind, caring and excellent with communication. The new place feels like a home and not an apartment. Affordable and spacious something hard to come by these days. I spoke with multiple individuals between showing and lease signing and every individual was on the same page absolutely impressive.
|Recommended: YesPretty Happy — Every encounter office maintenance has been professional. Quick to respond and fix the repairs. Pretty quiet peaceful
|Recommended: YesSo far, so good — Well, I just moved in on Sunday, but so far it has been good. My only complaints would be that the hot water in the shower doesn't last more than 10 minutes and the shower is making an awful noise, which I assume is due to water pressure and the heat is not even in each of the rooms. The apartment was clean when I moved in.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful place — It is nice place to live, feel relax and neighbors are friendly and helpful.

|Recommended: YesClean Spacious Quiet — It’s a quiet neighborhood. Everyone is soo friendly. Very close to walking trails. Close and easy to get to the interstate
|Recommended: YesGreat apartment — Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks.
|Recommended: YesProperty is excellent, large for the price point with tons of storage and amenities. — Great apartment at a very reasonable price, responsive landlord, excellent place to live. Everything you need in a rental property.
|Recommended: YesNice property — Overall, the property is nice with friendly neighbors and the staff is very helpful. However, the building needs more upkeep and attention as it's getting older and rent continues to rise each year.
|Recommended: YesAffordable and quaint — The top floor units are great, but they are really outdated. The construction was cheap as the counters are loose and some of the fixtures needed TLC. The wall painting was really lazy as you can see roller stops and edges. The balcony was repainted, but it just needs redone as it is rough and flaking. Paint just covers it up for a short time. Also, if you like to work on things with tools, you'll find the garages are wired to a 15amp breaker - too small for a garage as it should be at least a 20amp breaker to handle the power that power tools use.
We've had a lot of issues getting setup for the move in which really brought our initial impression down. But after that, the staff has been good.
Gardens are kinda dead in front. Garbage area is a disaster - trash everywhere in it and in the surrounding lawn garden.
With TLC, these places could really be a gem.
|Recommended: YesVery Nice Apartment Complex — We love where Meadowbrook Apartments is located. It is rural next to the nature preserve. The apartment itself is spacious and pretty well cared for. We were able to get new kitchen and bathroom flooring which was great. The carpet will hopefully be able to get replaced as well in the future. All in all we are happy tenants I do have to say that with times as they are a designated space to garden or permission for a community garden or just permission to garden would be so helpful. A great way to encourage green living.
