|Recommended: YesOverall, best place I’ve lived — Everyone is super friendly. Maintenance is quick to get the job done. Biggest downfall is that Trek has weekend long events and uses a sound system the entire time.
|Recommended: YesIt's a nice place to live — It backs onto the nature preserve. Its quiet. There is a decent playground and sandbox for kids. The apartments are a decent layout and spaciously designed. It needs some updates but nothing that is a deal breaker. Its home.

|Recommended: NoOkay place to live — Okay place to live, only issue is getting a hold of someone at the office. Been trying to resolve an issue for almost three weeks.
|Recommended: YesThis is great place to live. — I would say that it is a very nice quiet complex to live in, neighbors are all nice. Only problem is winter parking for when I have my kids to find parking in visitor spots since people that live there tend to park in them. But that is the only bad thing that I would say.
|Recommended: YesExtremely happy at Meadowbrook Apartments — Rarely do I have an issue with my apartment but when I do Sara is on top of it 110 and things get resolved in an expedient fashion
